Drei neue interne Arbeitspapiere zum Thema "Elektronische  
Überwachung" des technischen Komitees des Europäischen  
Paralaments [Scientific and Technological Options  
Assessment - STOA] sind seit kurzem inoffiziell im Netz. 
 
Mit dem bereits veröffentlichten Papier von Duncan Campbell  
wird dies bei der nächsten Sitzung des EU-Parlaments für  
einigen Zündstoff sorgen.
