Acting in concert with like-minded individuals throughout the world, Pavlovich engaged in purposeful, unlawful conduct directed toward substantial business enterprises in the State of California. He did so knowing that his actions would adversely affect these business enterprises and that his actions had the effect of circumventing trade secret protections established by and for the benefit of those business enterprises. Without denying any of these facts, Pavlovich argues that he has not purposefully availed himself of this forum and that he cannot therefore be subject to this Court's jurisdiction.
